Singapore Court Permits Three Arrows Liquidators To Gain Access To Key Financial Records – Report

The liquidators of troubled Singaporean crypto hedge fund Three Arrows Capital (3AC) have acquired the permission of the local court to gain access to key records, securing more details concerning the assets from the collapsed business, Bloomberg reported.

The Singapore High Court grants a petition by advisory company Teneo to acknowledge the liquidation order for 3 Arrows it acquired. Last June, Teneo was hired with a British Virgin Islands court for everyone because the crypto hedge fund’s liquidator. Three Arrows is stated to owe greater than USD 2.8bn in unsecured states its creditors.
