BitSwapNow is a non-custodial cryptocurrency interface that enables users to initiate digital asset swaps.

BitSwapNow:

  • does not custody funds
  • does not store private keys
  • does not control blockchain transactions
  • does not act as a broker, dealer, or financial intermediary

All transactions are executed via independent third-party infrastructure and liquidity providers.

2. Eligibility

By using the Services, you represent and warrant that:

  • you are at least 18 years old
  • you have full legal capacity
  • you are not located in a restricted jurisdiction
  • you are using legally obtained funds
  • you are not using the service for unlawful activity

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access at any time.

3. Non-Custodial Disclaimer

BitSwapNow is strictly non-custodial.

At no point does BitSwapNow:

  • hold user funds
  • control user wallets
  • initiate transactions on your behalf

You are solely responsible for:

  • wallet security
  • private keys
  • transaction accuracy

4. Transaction Execution

When you initiate a swap:

  • a one-time deposit address is generated
  • you must send the exact asset and amount
  • transactions are processed on external infrastructure

Once a transaction is created and funds are sent:

ALL TRANSACTIONS ARE FINAL AND IRREVERSIBLE

BitSwapNow cannot:

  • cancel transactions
  • reverse transfers
  • recover funds

5. Third-Party Services

The Services rely on independent third-party providers.

You acknowledge and agree:

  • BitSwapNow does not control third-party execution
  • third parties may delay, reject, or freeze transactions
  • compliance procedures (AML/KYC) may be applied

BitSwapNow is not responsible for actions taken by third-party providers.

6. User Responsibility

You are fully responsible for:

  • entering the correct wallet address
  • selecting the correct blockchain network
  • including any required memo/tag
  • sending the correct asset

Failure to do so may result in:

PERMANENT AND IRREVERSIBLE LOSS OF FUNDS

BitSwapNow has no obligation to assist or recover funds.

7. Fees and Rates

  • Exchange rates are estimates and may fluctuate
  • Final received amounts may differ
  • Network fees and slippage may apply

BitSwapNow does not guarantee pricing accuracy.

8. No Financial Advice

BitSwapNow does not provide:

  • financial advice
  • investment recommendations
  • trading strategies

All decisions are made at your own risk.

9. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use the Services for:

  • illegal activities
  • money laundering
  • fraud
  • sanctions evasion
  • exploitation of system vulnerabilities

We reserve the right to block or restrict access.

10. Service Availability

The Services are provided:

“AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE”

We do not guarantee:

  • uninterrupted operation
  • error-free performance
  • continuous availability

We may modify or discontinue the Services at any time.

11. Limitation of Liability (CRITICAL SECTION)

  • loss of funds
  • incorrect transactions
  • third-party failures
  • delays or network congestion
  • price fluctuations
  • user error
  • unauthorized wallet access

In no event shall BitSwapNow’s total liability exceed:

$100 USD OR THE AMOUNT OF FEES PAID (WHICHEVER IS LOWER)

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BitSwapNow from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from:

  • your use of the Services
  • your violation of these Terms
  • your transactions
  • your breach of applicable laws

13. No Warranty

BitSwapNow makes no warranties, including:

  • merchantability
  • fitness for a particular purpose
  • accuracy of data
  • uninterrupted service

All use is at your own risk.

All disputes shall be resolved by:
