Three Arrows Founders ‘Received Threats of Physical Violence’ – Su Zhu Breaks Silence

Founders of troubled major crypto hedge fund Three Arrows Capital (3AC) as well as their families “have obtained threats of assault,” based on apparently a screenshot of the email, shared by Su Zhu, the co-founding father of the fund, today.

He tweeted the very first time since June 15, discussing what seems to become an e-mail from his a lawyer, Christopher Anand Daniel of Advocatus Law, to “Dear Russell.” Russel Crumpler may be the senior md of Teneo, the liquidator of 3AC.

The shared text is answering claims, produced by the liquidators now the founders of 3AC haven’t been cooperating with Teneo “in almost any significant way.”

“Please tell us should you mentioned inside your Court filings that people described our clients, as well as their families have obtained threats of assault, and also have needed to field queries in the Financial Authority of Singapore within the last week, approximately, which means they’ve been working under considerable time pressure,” based on the screenshot.

Also, it added the founders of 3AC “won’t be proceeding using the refer to this as evening” and “based on your response, we will show you when our clients can reasonably be anticipated to talk with you.”
