Cboe Refilings Added More Pressure on SEC to Approve Bitcoin ETF

On June 11, all five Bitcoin ETF applications in the Cboe added a Surveillance Discussing Agreement (SSA) using the leading crypto exchange Coinbase. The Cboe updated the BTC ETF filings using the U.S. SEC from Invesco, VanEck, WisdomTree, Fidelity, and also the joint fund by ARK Invest. The updated filings show it has arrived at to Coinbase to initiate the Surveillance Discussing Agreement. 

In the last filings, Cboe pointed out it had become expecting to initiate a surveillance-discussing agreement with Coinbase. However, the agreement was settled on June 21 for every filing. On Tuesday, they demonstrated the updated original filings using the U.S. SEC. 

Coinbase’s Stock Cost Surges After Bitcoin ETF Filings

The Surveillance Discussing Agreement, which is called SSA, is just about the key to Bitcoin ETF applications following the SEC comments. The U.S. SEC has mentioned these contracts are required to prevent market manipulation.

The updated Bitcoin ETF filings directly impacted the Coinbase stock cost, which increased. Following the recent Cboe BTC ETF filing, the cost rose considerably. The Coinbase share cost experienced a remarkable rush of over 10% on Tuesday. Furthermore, it’s arrived at its greatest cost since August 16, according to Google Finance.
