The metaverse project Decentraland (MANA) has announced the selection because of its 3rd annual Metaverse Art Week entitled The Planet consists of Code, including “mind-bending” work from contemporary artists and contributions from the Ukrainian non-fungible token (NFT) project.
According for an announcement from Decentraland, the Metaverse Art Week 2022 starts on August 24th which last before the 28th, and it’ll feature works from a variety of artists and designers from around the globe, in addition to major art houses like Sotheby’s, art communities and inventive groups like Artnet and UXartlab, and NFT marketplaces OpenSea and Rarible, amongst others.

With regards to Frida Kahlo’s Family, they’ll launch the Frida Kahlo Family Red House together with Ezel.Existence, which is an immersive experience showcasing the very first 1 / 2 of the famous artist’s existence.

The whole shebang are classified as Contemporary Art World, Web3 Art Spaces, and Digital Artists & Communities.
One of the contributors for this year’s Art Week can also be the Ukrainian Meta History – Museum of War, a charitable NFT project launched to document details concerning the war in Ukraine.

“This year’s Art Week is really a love letter as to the generation x of artists do within the metaverse,” he added.
Inspired with this year’s Venice Biennale, a “huge component” from the art week concentrates on sculptural and architectural design, “showcasing generation x of the items virtual worlds may be like,” stated the announcement.
