Vincenzo Sospiri Racing (VSR), a GT racing team supported by Lamborghini’s motorsport department, has announced its partnership with nonfungible token (NFT) platform Go2NFT to produce a course that certifies racing vehicle parts.
Within an announcement delivered to Cointelegraph, former racing champion Vincenzo Sospiri in the VSR pointed out their team will build NFT certification for his or her cars with Go2NFT and blockchain platform Skey Network. This allows these to monitor and make sure the excellence of the vehicle parts. He described that:
“This also brings great responsibility to make sure that we are able to safely authenticate and audit every aspect in our racing fleet to watch performance and be sure provenance.”
In addition to the vehicle parts, VSR can also be searching to grow the NFT certification program to official merchandise and it is other products too. Based on the team, this gives fans reassurance when choosing branded goods.

Boris Ejsymont, a professional at Go2NFT, pointed out their team understands the difficulties that brands face with regards to protecting their ip, plus they think that NFTs can offer an answer. Ejsymont stated that:
“We think that NFT utility might help create more trust and transparency for brands as well as their fans. This project with VSR is only the oncoming of many such co-operations for beloved brands around the world.”
